Sitex 2005

A short update. Went to Sitex 2005, so far away in Expo and went home empty handed. The deals were only so so, nothing so out of this world. Could have spent my time better elsewhere, e.g. in bed watching TV. Will wait for another promotion at Harvey Norman before I get the long lusted after laptop of not sure what brand. By the way, those suckers at Sitex deliberately remove XP Pro from the packages and gives you XP Home instead. Hell, even my 6 year old niece doesn't want it coz she can't play Maple Story on it. And to that gal at Acer who questioned me why I need a Pro when Home is so fine enough for her to do her programming projects on coz she has no idea what an IIS is, go knock your head gal.
