What If...

The movie Batman Begins, which I caught for free thanks to tickets from Nokia Starlight Cinema got me seriously wondering about the what ifs of real life - also laughing at all the wrong spots in the movie. Bruce Wayne aka Batman before he became the batman has on several occasions caught saying or thinking to himself in the lines of "I would choose a symbol of fear. I want them all to share my fear." (In case you didn't know, he was attacked by bats and had been fearful of them all his life) Yes, it sounds kinda cool - in a way. But then what if? What if what he had feared throughout his life had been something else rather than bats? I wonder if the citizens and villains alike of Gotham City would still share this fear of his. The Butterflyman stands alone as the rest of the City laughs at his expense.
